Responsibilities - Financial oversight: Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and upholding the highest level of financial integrity.
- Daily Accounting Operations: Overseeing daily accounting activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial transactions, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Financial Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Tax Compliance: Managing and supervising the preparation of tax returns and ensuring full compliance with relevant sales and income tax regulations.
- Audit management: Collaborating closely with external auditors during annual audits, facilitating the audit process, and providing all necessary documentation.
- Financial Policies and Controls: Developing and implementing robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to managing financial assets.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, aiding in strategic financial planning .
- Cash Flow Management: Effectively managing cash flow and treasury functions, including maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions, banks , Funding institutions.
- Accounts Payable : Reviewing and approving accounts payable transactions for accuracy and compliance, and plans and executes the payment of the company's payables, monitors payment agreements and terms with suppliers, approves outgoing transfers, and following the signed agreements in coordination with the Finance Manager.
- Accounts Receivable: Reviewing and approving accounts receivable transactions for accuracy and compliance, and plans and executes the collection of the company's receivables, monitoring collection reports, addressing issues and challenges encountered in the collection process, and making decisions regarding overdue accounts in coordination with the Finance Manager.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and supervision.
