Amman-March: Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Recruitment and Human Resources Development (TAG-Recruit) participated in the second fair of Jordan Education For Employment (JEFE), which is a non–profit organization aiming to train youths and facilitate their access to labor market. The fair had been organized with the participation of around 30 state-owed, private, domestic and regional companies.
Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) / TAG-Recruit took part in the Career Day of Faculty of Engineering and Technology - the University of Jordan, which was launched under the auspices of Labor Minister. TAG-Recruit gave a presentation on the company, its services and the available job opportunities, as well as conducting initial interviews with the applicants from different academic fields, i.e. Business Management, Marketing, Accounting, Languages, and Engineering and information Departments.
Through the participation, TAG-Recruit aims to fulfill the vision of HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh for deepening effective partnership among the various companies, acquainting job seekers and clients with activities and services of Talal Abu Ghazaleh Organization and meeting a distinguished group of graduates.
Collaboration between the private and academic sectors contributes to providing the local market with the most efficient graduates and finding jobs in an effort to slash unemployment rates among graduates.

Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization Prepares for 2nd Phase of Employment Exam for “E-Archiving” Project
Amman- Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) is preparing for the second phase of employment exam for the applicants from the northern and southern regions for vacancies at ‘Electronic Archiving’ Department of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh and Co. Consulting (TAG-Consult).
TAG-Consult has recently concluded the 1st phase of employment exam for the applicants from Amman and Irbid governorates. The company had finalized the employment of the successful examinees in the first phase.
TAG-Org announced the availability of hundreds of e-archiving job vacancies, stipulating that applicants must have basic computer skills without the need for holding an academic certificate in this area. The prospective employees will be responsible for converting hardcopy files into soft-copy files for governmental departments and large institutions inside and outside the Hashemite Kingdom.
TAG-Org established a regional center for e-archiving projects in Ma'an City in 2015, wholly staffed by Ma'anist women, providing e-archiving services for the Arab countries.
