To build, lead and develop a highly motivated, achievement oriented sales and regional management team and supporting networks capable of meeting, or exceeding, demanding and stretching targets and profit margin objectives. •The development of the Sales function is critical to overall success in this regard. •Provides input and participates in the development of pricing strategies in conjunction with Marketing and Customer Service •Develops and gains agreement to Sales strategies, plans and budgets to support the implementation and realisation of agreed corporate business strategies.
