Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Recruitment & Human Resources Development Participates in Jordan Educational Fair For Employment

Amman- February 13, 2017: Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Recruitment and Human Resources Development (TAG-Recruit) took part in the fair of Jordan Education For Employment (JEFE), which is a non–profit organization aiming to train youth and facilitate their access to labor market. The fair had been organized with the participation of around 30 state-owned, private, domestic and regional companies.
TAG-Recruit, which represented Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) in the fair, gave a presentation for around 100 attendees on the company, its services and the available job opportunities, as well as conducting initial interviews with the applicants from different academic fields, i.e. Business Management, Marketing, Accounting, Languages and Engineering and information Departments.
Through the participation, TAG-Recruit aims to fulfill the vision of HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh for deepening effective partnership among the various companies, acquainting job seekers and clients with activities and services of TAG-Org and meeting a distinguished group of graduates.
Collaboration between the private and academic sectors contributes to providing the local market with dozens of most efficient graduates and finding jobs in an effort to slash unemployment rates among graduates.
“Abu-Ghazaleh” meets successful examinees of “1st phase” Employment Exam for “E-Archiving” Project
Amman- The successful examinees of applicants for “1st phase” Employment Exam for “Electronic Archiving” Project at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) have taken their position after completing interviews and being acquainted with their job dues.
Hundreds of job seekers had applied for more than 200 job vacancies at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh and Co. Consulting (TAG-Consult)/E-Archiving Department. TAG-Recruit had conducted the first phase exam for applicants from Amman, Jerash, Ajloun and Irbid governorates, dividing the examinees into two sessions; the first was held at the headquarters of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University (TAGI-UNI). The second phase would be held soon.
TAG-Org announced the availability of hundreds of e-archiving job vacancies, stipulating that applicants must have basic computer skills without the need for holding an academic certificate in this area. The prospective employees will be responsible for converting hardcopy files into soft-copy files for the favor of governmental departments and large institutions inside and outside the Hashemite Kingdom.
TAG-Org established a regional center for e-archiving projects in Ma'an City in 2015, providing e-archiving services for the Arab countries. The staff of the center is women.
