Responsibilities |
1- Conducting the process of providing external audit services including checking accounts payable ,maintaining records on inventory/fixed assets and other audit activities for the clients. 2- Reviewing data about material assets, net worth, liabilities, capital stock, surplus, income, and expenditures. 3- Examining and analyzing accounting records to determine financial status of company. 4- Examining and evaluating financial information systems, recommending controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity. 5- Examining records, tax returns, and related documents pertaining to settlement of decedent s estate. 6- Inspecting items in books of original entry to determine if accepted accounting procedure was followed in recording transactions. 7- Counts cash on hand, inspects notes receivable and payable, negotiable securities, and cancelled checks 8- Directing activities of personnel engaged in filing, recording, compiling and transmitting financial records |
