Responsible for initiating a marketing strategy that embraces all aspects of digital, social and in house PR to driver and enhance the business

Job description

1. Prepare an annual Sales & Marketing strategic plan with a weekly achievement(s) reports.
2. Oversee all customers inquires and requests, and responses have to be communicated within the company agreed SLA.
3. Oversee product(s) Research & Development according to market trends and customers demands.
4. Oversee Brand Management, Media & PR, and Advertising.
5. Design customers satisfactions measurement tools and generate reports then communicate these reports to the Executive Management Team with vision on how to grow Future Sales Strategy based on the reports feedback.
6. Appraise the performance of all marketing teams
7. Manage all head counts in accordance with the budget and line manager(s), and make final recommendation(s) to HR.
8. Any other duties assigned by Chief Executive Officer.
