Responsibilities A. Job Summary:
Provide consultancy to the clients related to strategic planning and management in addition to managing internal team.

B. Key and Main Responsibilities
• Setting the department's long and short term objectives regarding the Operations functions and communicating them to all subordinates
• Developing the Department work plans, objectives, annual budget and supervising the department activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, objectives, regulations and timely completion
• Executing and accomplishing business economic consulting & HR, Strategic Planning assignments for the clients, this includes (but not limited to); data collection, analysis, reporting, “as is” analysis, gap analysis, proposing solutions and recommendation, trending, meetings, presentations, proposals, tendering.
• Coaching and counseling employees on various types of services.
• Supervising the activities and employees of the department in conformance with the approved systems, policies and procedures and delegated authorities.
• Directing, monitoring as well as reviewing analysis done by the team.
• Directing, and monitoring the running of SWOT, PESTEL and other sophisticated analysis aimed at adopting a strategy as a function of external and internal factors.
• Directing and monitoring the updated development of marketing plan followed by determining top priorities and short-term goals.
• Direct supervision of the implementation of the marketing plan in order to increase the market share of the department.
• Supervising proposals preparation and all other project related documents to clients.
• Selecting, training, motivating and evaluating Department personnel.
• Assist internal team members to select good consultants for different projects
• Performing other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

C. Candidate’s Minimum Requirements:
• Academic Qualifications: Masters’ Degree in Administration
• Job Experience: 7-10 years
• Training Courses: Preferably, training courses in strategic Management.
