Responsibilities |
Supervising the defining and implementing of business valuation methodology with minimal oversight.
Supervising the process of determining the nature, purpose, and extent of business valuation projects.
Supervising the conduction of meetings with clients to determine the project scope.
Supervising the performance of valuation engagements of closely held business, corporations, other corporate entities and intangible assets.
Participating in building financial models, applying valuation methodologies, performing financial analysis and writing reports.
Supervising the process of performing formal valuation estimates for strategic purposes in the context of:
-Acquisitions and divestitures.
- Related party transactions.
- Corporate reorganization and restructuring.
- Employee share transactions and stock option plans.
- Income tax and estate planning.
- Dispute Resolution and Litigation.
Supervising the interpretation and analysis of the collected financial information.
Supervising the preparation of due elegance program.
Responsible to review consultant’s valuation work and provide constructive view.
Reviewing the business and financial analysis.
