Responsibilities The Administrative Assistant is expected to;
- Maintain agenda and assist in planning and reminding appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
- Professional in HR document control systems.
- Act as the point of contact between internal/external parties.
- Undertake the tasks of receiving and screening calls to managers, taking messages and redirecting calls when
appropriate.
- Handle the manager's requests, tasks and queries appropriately
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.)
- Take notes, and minutes of meetings and accurately enter and secure data.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
- Maintain electronic and paper records and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
