AL-GHAZIYEH - Safir High School - Al-Ghaziyeh
awarded the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Excellence Award to the student Ms. Carole
Hussein Theib, in recognition of her outstanding academic performance and
achievement.
On this occasion, HE Dr. Talal
Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital
(TAG.GD), extended his warmest congratulations to Ms. Theib, wishing her
continued success. He also commended the efforts offered by the School’s
administration and teaching staff for their dedication and commitment to delivering
quality education despite the challenging conditions South Lebanon is
experiencing.
It is worth mentioning that the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Excellence Award
was established to encourage outstanding students to continue their educational
journey with motivation and determination, as well as enhancing the culture of
excellence and diligence in the educational institutions.
To further promote academic
motivation, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh announced an expansion of the award program to
three annual awards, covering elementary, middle, and high school levels. This
is to encourage students across all age groups to work harder in pursuing
knowledge and academic excellence.
For their part, the School’s Administration congratulated the
student Carole Theib, reaffirming its commitment to supporting outstanding
students through developing their talents, and encouraging them to achieve
further success across various fields.
Expressing her gratitude, Ms. Theib
stated, "The Award is not just a recognition; but a motivation to pursue
my journey with confidence and turn my education into a meaningful
impact."
For his part, the Principal of Safir
High School, Dr. Sultan Nassereddine, highlighted the significance of the Award,
saying: “Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh is a role model who believes that the most
fruitful investment is in human capital. Therefore, Safir High School
established this annual Award in his name to build a bridge between a proven
success story and a new generation preparing to build its own”.
